Clark T. Trainor, Esq. The American Immigration Law Center was created by Clark T. Trainor, Esq. Mr. Trainor, a native of Florida, is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern Law School. He worked for two years for the United States Department of Homeland Security as an advising attorney to the Immigration Judges at the United States Immigration Court in Miami before serving as an Assistant District Counsel to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (then-INS) in the Miami District.
Mr. Trainor has received commendations from both Janet Reno, the United States Attorney General, and Michael J. Creppy, the Chief Immigration Judge for the United States Immigration Court, for his work while with the Department of Justice. Mr. Trainor was the producer and host of The American Immigration Forum, a South Florida radio program discussing immigration issues, every Thursday from 7:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. on WSRF 1580 AM.
Clark Trainor is a member of the Florida Bar (http://www.floridabar.org/) only and is authorized by Federal Regulations at 8 CFR s.292.1(a)(1) to represent clients in Immigration and Naturalization Law matters in all 50 States. Because Immigration Law is strictly Federal law in jurisdiction, We are able to accept and represent cases from all over the world. He is not a member of the California Bar Association.
